“Baggage”
(Additional practice sessions can be added if new fears or negative emotions arise later in the process.)
When you go through difficult events such as failure to secure a job or low confidence, you often create an identity to cope with it – e.g. “hurt or disappointed employee” along with it limiting beliefs and fears – which then holds you back. In 2 sessions, you’ll learn how to remove identities that keep you stuck with associated negative emotions.
For example, we’ll work on releasing fears – e.g. “the grass won’t be greener” – and any other negative emotions about changing jobs, companies, or industries, so you can regain trust and confidence in yourself.
This is a tool/method you can use for the rest of your life, whenever negative events happen. Session 2 can be done immediately after Session 1 or whenever something comes up that’s holding you back.

1.5 hours to go through some resources and best practices.
